WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to modify and replace BY-LAW 1 approved 12 July 1991 as amended 26 August 2012 and to adopt a constitution setting forth the aim and projects for the Corporation, qualifications for membership, and other matters relating generally to the transaction of the affairs of ISLAND VIEW DRIVE AND AREA RATEPAYERS’ ASSOCIATION, BE IT ENACTED as a by-law of ISLAND VIEW DRIVE AND AREA RATEPAYERS’ ASSOCIATION
Notice is hereby given of a meeting to be held in conjunction with the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday July 18, 2015 at 0930 a.m. at Kemble United Church
The purpose of the meeting is to consider and, if deemed appropriate, to ratify and confirm amendments to By-Law #1, being the Constitution of Island View Drive and Area Ratepayers’ Association.
The purpose of these amendments is to clarify various items including, but not restricted to, number of directors, jurisdiction, membership fees, etc.

At a special general meeting held on September 15, 2012, a resolution that was adopted previously by the Board of Directors of IVDAARA at their meeting of August 26, 2012, was ratified by the membership.
